David helped our good friend but her condo in West Hollywood and she had such a great experience we contacted Dave to help us go house shopping in Studio City / Sherman Oaks. We really didn’t know the “Ventura Corridor” area at all so having Dave steer us away from bad streets/neighborhoods was a massive time saver.
